M3nergy’s culture centers on giving back to the communities in which the company operates. The management has been a strong proponent of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and has made sure that the company stands tall in the arena. Our focus on CSR is guided by the company’s philosophies i.e. “creating meritocracy, gender neutrality and developing professionally skilled and responsible citizens”

In nurturing responsible citizens, we have been focusing on the less fortunate future leader (i.e. the children of orphanage and welfare homes); starting with small gestures such as taking them for educational field trips, to the more notable initiatives of financial support to related non-profit organizations. Through these initiatives, it is hoped that the children will be inspired to realize their potential of becoming future leaders.

Further, it is our belief that extraction and careful utilization of the given wealth would improve the living conditions of the locals in general, starting from the simple gesture of providing street lighting to the more recognizable effort such as creating more job opportunities.
